Chase has been slowly rolling out Chase Offers similar to Amex offers. These are not like ChasePay offers, for which you need to use their mobile payment system. They are available in the regular Chase Banking app. You can check the current ChasePay promotions that are going on from October through December 2018.

We’ve learned that Chase offers are intended to be targeted and personalized offers at certain stores and online retailers. We’ve also noticed offers on Lowe’s, Bloomingdales, Starbucks, Omaha Steaks, Five Guys, and Ruby Tuesday’s have appeared in other Chase Customer’s offers. These restaurants pair nicely with dining double and triple points on Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve.

Chase Offers brings you great deals from the places you love. No coupons, codes or vouchers to remember, and no registration is required. You just click on an offer to activate it for your card, and then use your card to pay in stores, online or via mobile apps and wallets. You’ll see your statement credit applied to your account automatically in 7-14 business days.

How to use Chase Offers

First, Get the latest Chase Banking App, not their ChasePay app.

I didn’t receive any e-mails about Chase offers made available in my account. I just went through their Chase offers page, it took me to the Chase app directly. Surprisingly, when I logged into my Chase app, I could see Chase Offers listed at bottom of the app main page for Starbucks, Office Depot, Office Max, Lowes, Etihad and more.

Once you click on see all offers in the Chase Offers section, you can see all the offers available based on the card you select. Here are some of the current offers that are listed
   
All you need to do is click on add to your card and make an eligible purchase at respective stores or online. As these are card specific offers, make sure to use the same card that was targeted for the offer. This offer seemed to be statement credit rather than the regular Ultimate Rewards cashback. You should receive within 7-14 days after purchase.
These offers have a limit on the total statement credit that you get, for example, 10% at Etihad up-to $100 and 10% Office max or Office Depot up-to $10, some of the limits seem disappointing though.
